You can permanently delete your HeroTracker account and all associated data at any time. This cannot be undone. Deletion removes your account and all of your health data — entries, quests, chat history, and photos — from your device and from our servers. Copies held by our processors are removed as part of the deletion, and encrypted-backup copies are purged within about six months.
If you can sign in to the HeroTracker app, this is the quickest way:
Your data is erased from the device and from our servers, and you are signed out immediately.
If you have lost access to your account, email support@herotracker.co from the email address on your account and we will verify your request and process the deletion for you. Please include the email address associated with the account so we can locate it.

Deleting your account does not delete data stored in Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health. Any records synced there — including ones HeroTracker added — remain under your control, because that data is owned by the platform and may be shared with other apps.
